PIE WARMER – PIES AND SAUSAGE ROLLS. WILL BE FRESH ARRIVING SHORTLY OR
CHECK THE FREEZER. AT LEAST ONE ROW OF PIES AND ONE ROW OF SAUSAGE ROLLS,
DEPENDING ON FLAVOURS.

ENSURE
CANTEEN IS CLEAN AND TIDY.
WIPE DOWN ALL BENCH TOPS.

OPEN FRIDGES
AND CUPBOARDS, PLACE TILL UNDER COUNTER.

NECESSITIES
- DO WE HAVE ENOUGH OF GENERAL NEEDS – SUCH AS STRAWS, GLOVES, SERVIETTES,
MILK, TOMATO AND BBQ SAUCE, EGGS, ETC.
ASK SOMEONE TO GO TO COLES AND PURCHASE ANY NEEDED ITEMS.
TAKE MONEY FROM THE TILL TO PURCHASE THESE ITEMS AND LEAVE THE RECEIPT IN
THE TILL.

SET UP BBQ –
START WITH EGGS, BACON, SAUSAGES AND ONIONS.

PREPARE
BREAD WITH SERVIETTES FOR BBQ.

PLACE CHIPS,
CHOCOLATES, LOLLIES, ETC. ON COUNTER. PLACE LOSE LOLLIES IN LOLLIE BAGS IN
50c LOTS.

FRIDGE MAY
NEED TO BE STOCKED DURING THE DAY.
ALL DRINKS ARE STORED IN CAGE 1.

- STOCK FRIDGES, READY
FOR SUNDAY/SATURDAY.
- TURN OFF PIE OVEN.
- PACK AWAY ALL CHIPS,
CHOCOLATES, LOLLIES, ETC. IN CUPBOARDS.
- SUNDAY DUTY TEAM, PACK
AWAY ALL MEAT ONIONS AND BREAD IN FREEZER.
- LEAVE ALL COIN IN
TILL. COUNT PAPER MONEY. LEAVE $50. X $5. $100. X $10. AND $100. BY $20.
IN TILL. COUNT REMAINDER OF NOTES, PLACE IN LOLLY BAG, WRITE AMOUNT ON
BAG AND HAVE A SECOND PERSON COUNT THE MONEY. BOTH PEOPLE TO SIGN THE
BAG, THEN PLACE BAG IN SAFE.
- PLACE TILL IN FRIDGE
AND OVER WITH A TEA TOWEL.
- LOCK UP FRIDGES AND
CUPBOARDS.
- CLEAN UP BBQ AND PACK
AWAY IN CHANGE ROOM.
- PLACE ALL KEYS IN LOCK
BOX.
- ENSURE CANTEEN IS
CLEAN AND TIDY AND BENCHES ARE WIPED.
- VACUUM FLOOR OF
CLUBHOUSE.
- EMPTY ALL BINS, AND
EMPTY BOXES TO GARBAGE BINS.
