If you are un-sure of anything please use your age co-ordinator as your first point of contact. Their details can be found on the committee page. Please make sure you look at your email daily and check the web site for regular updates. Guide your team members to do the same. |

| PHOTOS FOR END OF SEASON | ||
|
At the end of the season we put together a slide show. If your team would like to contribute any photo's please email to webmaster@mirandamagpies.com before 24th July 2011.
Make sure each photo is labeled with team and is a .jpg file. eg. W15A v Engadine 8th July.jpg Maximum number of photo's per team is 5.

| MANAGERS | ||

We have prepared the following information to assist you in your duties during the coming season. This is a brief summary only and detailed information can be obtained from the web site, your Rule Book or the Management Committee.
Your first point of contact is your age co-ordinator. Then if needed info@mirandamagpies.com
MMFC Canteen & Ground Control Roster Form Forms_and_Docs\Mgrs Roster Canteen & Ground Control.doc
All Players & Parents/Guardians please assist your managers by completing the following form and getting it back to them before 26th March 2011.
“The Working with Children Check/Volunteer Declaration” form must be completed by all parents and guardians of players in each team and all players over 18yrs.
Can Coaches and Managers please make sure that these forms are stapled together with their team name on the front and handed in at the clubhouse by Sat 26th March.

| COACHING RESOURCES AND FIRST AID | ||
|
Resource folders for coaches are available from Ron in the clubhouse during training afternoons.
We ask that you not to take them home nor tear pages out, at this stage as there are limited copies. Bring along a note pad to copy the drills down.
If anyone has access to free printing facilities we would welcome you to make more copies for us. Contact Sherrie via email rseagles@optusnet.com.au
First Aid equipment is located in the clubhouse.

CODE OF CONDUCT / MEMBER PROTECTION |
||
|
At Miranda Magpies F.C our goal is for everyone to have a football experience that is both positive and enjoyable. MMFC has adopted the SSFA codes of conduct. All members, including coaches, are expected to abide by the codes.
CODES OF CONDUCT FOR OTHER MEMBERS Coaches must model behavior that is encouraged in the codes of conduct. As well as being a personal model of good behavior the Coach must play a role in ensuring that everyone associated with their team (players, parents, manager and spectators) are aware of the code of conduct that binds all associated with MMFC. The website in continually updated, please keep an eye on it and your emails, as this is how we will get most information to you. Also check the home page for other information. It's a great idea to have your teams do the same.

| TEAM REPORTS | ||
|
OPTIONAL and upload your report before Monday night after game. Tab on left of home page. Please nominate only one person from the team to complete the match report. Take care not to use surnames. Great if all teams can contribute as players get a great buzz from the recap of the game.

Coaches & Managers Applications 2011 |
||
|
The club is requesting applications from all persons interested in coaching or managing teams in 2011. Please complete forms and bring them along to registration or grading days.
All coaches and managers are required fill in the Application for Coach / Manager Positions 2010 and the Prohibited Employment Declaration forms. CLICK HERE
