The Sutherland Shire Football Association members have voted for a first past the post season, with no finals to be played. While this wasn't the preference of the Miranda Magpies Football Club, the majority decision means no finals will be played in 2020.
The team that finishes first after the 13 round season, as per the points table rules, will be declared this years Premiers by the SSFA. Teams that are in an X Grade Competition (Combined A's and B's) will be subject to slightly different rules, most likely that an A's and a B's Premier will be decided. More information for X Grade teams will be available shortly.
This makes every single game no crucial for teams, every goal for and against much more important as teams strive to finish first to win the 2020 Premiership.
