It's with great sadness we advised that much loved Magpie John Santo has passed away after a batter with cancer.
The Santo family have been a big part of the Magpies family for many years with John coaching his son Olly's team. Olly is now playing Youth League football with SSFA, a star of the future thanks to Johns love and support.
John leaves behind wife Jane and 4 children, son Olly (15), daughter Georgia (13) and twin boys Jacob and Charlie (10). John loved his sport, loving nothing more than to spend time with family and friends at the football oval and you'd often bump into John at a Sydney FC game too. John's funeral was held on Friday 5th June.
