It's with great sadness we report that Miranda Magpies Life Member John Faulkner passed away on April 3rd. John was a former President of Miranda Magpies, as well as a Coach & Vice President, supporting our proud club and receiving a Life Membership.
His son Greg, who played over 30 years of continuous football at Miranda Magpies, notified us this week of John's passing and the entire Miranda Magpies Family pass on our condolences to Greg, his family and to all the friends of John Faulkner.
John will be laid to rest this Friday at Woronora Memorial Park Sutherland at 11am in the South Chapel.
